Work is to include repointing all deteriorated Brick mortar joints, resetting and realignment of all loose stones, parapet stonecoping, power washing and water proofing of all existing masonrysurfaces, removal and replacement of all cracked/deterioratedcaulking joints and sealants. All exterior trim items that are painted ''DLA'' blue will be painted bronze to match the standardized trim color. Also, scraping and painting of existing rusted steel lintels on doors and windows will berequired. All work is to be performed in accordance with dpscspecifications.
