ATCOM proposes to acquire on an other than full and open competitive basis, the overhaul/repair of the AH-64 APU Clutch Assembly. The proposed contract will be a three year indefinite quantity type with a minimum quantity of 40 each to a maximum quantity of 368 (includes FMS quantity of 18 each). Input NSN/PN is 2835-01-164-5786/3886000-5. Output NSN/PN will be the same. This acquisition is restricted to Allied Signal, Inc., Allied Signal Engines, 11 South 34th Street, P.O. Box 52181, Phoenix, AZ 85072. This is the only contractor who possesses the necessary technical data, skilled personnel, special tooling, and test equipment to overhaul/repair the AH-64 APU Clutch Assembly.
