M -- INCREASE OF LEVEL OF EFFORT FOR OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE CONTRACT AT ROCKY MOUNTAIN ARSENAL POC Stan Snodgrass, Contract Specialist, 303-289-0322 or Hugh Blaney, Contracting Officer, 303-289-0344. Rocky Mountain Arsenal intends to negotiate with Jacobs Services Company, Inc. for an increase in the level of effort of the current Program Support contract. This increase is applicable for this year and the three remaining years of performance under this contract. This level of effort increase is required due to the reduction in Government personnel who formerly carried out critical support missions at RMA. This work will now be conducted by the contractor and includes operation of Government facilities, maintenanace and repair functions. See Numbered Note(s): 22. (0195)
