R -- AGRICULTURE AND FORESTRY EMISSIONS, SEQUESTRATION AND CONTROL SOL W500126-A2 DUE 072995 POC Contact Point, Mark Hopkins, (202)260-8219, Contracting Officer, Mark Hopkins, (202)260-8219 The EPA intends to make multiple awards consisting of two (2), Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF), Level-of-Effort (LOE) term type contracts from the referenced solicitation. Each contract award will be based upon the same Statement of Work, evaluation criteria and estimated LOE. Each contract will consist of a twelve month base period, with four (4) - 12 month option periods for a total anticipated contract period of 60 months. For each contract, the estimated level of effort is anticipated to consist of 24,300 hours per period including optional quantities, for a total estimated level of effort of 121,500 hours over the anticipated five year period of performance. NOTE: An offeror will be precluded from receiving more than one contract award resulting from the solicitation. The Government will award a contract only to the concern whose proposal demonstrates and establishes that it can meet the minimum needs of the Government, cost price and other factors included. The referenced requirement was previously published in the December 2, 1994 issue of the Commerce Business Daily (CBD). Potential offerors who previously responded to the December 2, 1994 announcement need not request a copy of the solicitation, and have been retained on the bidders list for RFP distribution. The SIC Code for the requirement is 8999. Unless otherwise indicated, the contractor support services as previously referenced remain essentially unchanged. Requests for the solicitation shall be in writing. Telephone of facimile requests will not be honored. It is anticipated that the RFP will be released in August, 1995.
