Solicitation number 144-0139 will be issued on or about 08/10/95, with a bid opening date of 09/14/95 at 3:00 p.m. (EST). The services required will be transportation and removal of dried activated sludge from our Sewage Treatment Plant. All sludge is non-toxic. Removal will be to a landfill approved by the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation. Additionally, the contractor will provide rental of a 16 yard container for storage of the sludge.
