This solicitation is for the Management and Operation of the Training Support Center (TSC) for Fort Hood, Texas and III Corps. The following is added to the requirement previously shown: Any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation is anticipated to be a Cost Plus Award Fee contract. Offerors shall have an approved accounting system. It is anticipated that this contract will include a Base Period with three (3) option years. The tentative issuance date is August 7, 1995 and the tentative closing date is 7 September 1995. A Pre-Proposal conference is tentatively scheduled for 21 August 1995.
