The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and equipment for constructing four Riverine Aquatic Habitat Units at four separate sites for fishery enhancement on the Yalobusha River in Leflore County, Mississippi and for constructing riprap protection for two bridges, across the Yalobusha River in Leflore and Carroll Counties, Mississippi. Features of the work include clearing and grubbing, excavation (where necessary for riprap placement), construction of reinforced concrete deadmen (posts) and concrete anchors for anchoring tree elements (one 30 feet minimum tall lhardwood tree or two 20 feet tall hardwood trees cabled tightly together), placement of tree elements in the river and attaching the tree elements to the deadmen on the bank and concrete anchors in the river with steel cables to form the Riverine Aquatic Habitat Units, placement of engineering fabric and riprap, and environmental protection.
