Water main replacement includes fire hydrant relocation. Remove and reconstruct site drainage system. Installation of a concrete sump and controlled dispersal pump system for fire retardant spills, oil and fuel spill containment and stormwater drainage. Construction of an additional aircraft retardant loading station and all the associated wiring and control panels for the various sytems. This project is located at the Jefferson County Airport, approximately 1 mile west of Broomfield, Colorado, on 120th Avenue, Jefferson County. Estimated price range for this project is between S500,000 and S1,000,000. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. Contract time is 120 calendar days. Anticipated issue date for solicitation package is August 8, 1995. It is anticipated that the Notice to Proceed will be issued on or about October 1, 1995. (0195)
