SYSTEM. SOL DAHA05-95-B-0011. Contact Char Woods, Contract

303/340-9945. This work consists of modifications to existing fire
alarm system in the following buildings: A. Remove Halon systems in
buildings 430, 433, 440, and 441. Re-activate wet sprinkler system in
building 430, and install CO2 system in building 440 and 441. B. Add on
to existing wet sprinkler system in building 430. C. Buildings 430,
433, 435, 440, and 441 will receive new fire detector heads, manual
pull stations, horns, fire department hose connection, graphics
annunciator panels, fire alarm control panels with transmiters. Furnish
the labor, materials, tools, equipment, quality control, supervision
and services necessary for or incidental to the installation and use of
materials, systems and accessories for this project. Estimated
perforance time is 7 months. The estiated construction cost range is
approximately $250,000 to $500,000. The estimated performance time is

anticipated that a firm fixed price contract will be awarded as a
result of this solicitation. Solicitation will be available
approximately 17 July 95. Solicitation package will be limited to one
set per bidder and will be issued on a first come first served basis as
the number of copies is limited. Copies will be available in various
Plans Rooms throughout Colorado. The site visit will be held
approximately 28 August 1995, in a secure area. All attendees must
provide the following information for each representative planning on

attendees will meet at the Contracting Office (JAAB) Building 1005, Rm
249 on 28 Aug 95 at 9:00 AM. Place of performance is Buckley ANG Base,
Aurora, Colorado. The Small Business size standard for this
solicitation is one where the average annual receipts of the concern
and its affiliates for the previous three (3) fiscal years does not
exceed $7,000,000 annually. The propsed solicitation herein is being
considered for 100% Set-Aside for Small Disadvantaged Business concerns
(SDB). To assist the Contracting Officer in reaching a set-aside
decision the following information will be provided by prospective
bidders. Interested concerns should as early as possible, but not later
than (7) calendar days after publication of this notice, indicate
interest in bidding as the prime or as a subcontractor on the project,
evidence of capability to perform including reference for similar work
with contract numbers, points of contact, and telephone numbers, and if
appropriate a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and
economically disadvantaged business concern. In addition, dollar amount
of current construction bonding capability is required. The Contracting
Officer will utilize the information received to make a decision to
issue this solicitation as a set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business
(SDB) or as ``Unrestricted'' without further notice. Therefore, replies
to this notice are requested from all interested business concerns as
well as from SDB concerns. Replies must indicate the firm's size status
such as large business, small business, small disadvantaged business,
or 8 (a). Requests for bid documents must be in writing. Telephone
