SGBP 98-0004, work consists of replacing 4160 volt generator transfer switch with a new 480 volt transfer switch and make provisions for future 480 volt input to runway lighting regulators as they fail. Work will consist of replacing the existing incoming padmounted transformer with one that has a 480 volt as well as providing new dry type transformers for power to the runway lighting vault and to fire station hangar doors. The performance period for this project is 200 calendar days. This action is being considered for 100 % set aside for SMALL DISADVANTAGE BUSINESS (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should notify this office, in writing, of their intention to bid on the project as a prime contractor as early as possible but NO LATER THAN COB 15 July 1995. This notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. SIC code 1623 applies. The SDB size standard of $17M is a three year average annual gross revenue. Please provide certified reports/statements which will verify this. If a joint venture is being considered please provide the combined average annual gross revenue of both companies. This will expidite SDB verification and contract award.
