Contractor will furnish all plant, material, labor, equipment and design work to repair/upgrade hanger J in accordance with specifications and drawing DBEH 93-1642 B/C. Work included: replace electrical transformers, electrical panelboards, Highbay lightning system, interior and exterior doors; upgrade fire alarm and lighting protection system; add fire sprinkler system to certain areas of the building; reconfigure the existing HVAC system, and convert laboratory areas to training rooms.
