Provide all labor, material, equipment and supervision necessary to maintain the roofs of three (3) facilities on CCAS. Work includes removal of the existing built-up roofing, insulation, flashing and miscellaneous equipment, and the installation of a new built-up roof system including insulation, flashing, roof walk pads, miscellaneous metal work and new lightning protection systems in accordance with the drawings and the specifications.
