This procurement is SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS (SDB's) Interessted SDB's should notify this office in writing Attn: Code 0213DS of their intention to bid the project as prime contractor as early as possible but no later than 14 days after this notice appears in the Commerce Business Daily (CBD).
