The work of this project consists of furnishing all labor, material, equipment and other incidentals necessary to perform the following: Selective demolition, dismantling, removal and salvage of designated portions of existing construction; remove and dispose of existing roof system and replace with E.P.D.M. roofing system; replace deteriorated wood roof decking; reframe wood roof deck at circular ventilator units; supply and install replacement plywood closure panels at retangular ventilation unit; provide and install wood door head canopy at stair tower; selective chimneys repairs, provide and install new metal flashings; counterflashings and other sheet metal work; install new copper skylight; paint exterior wood items at rooftop access stair closure; painting miscellaneous rooftop items and cleaning of glass surfaces within skylight. This solicitation will be issued pursuant to P.L. 100-656, Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. It is subject to full and open competition.
