Contractor shall be responsible for asbestos abatement, demolition, architectural, plumbing, heating,ventilation, air conditioning, electrical and other such work needed or required to complete work in accordance with specifications and drawings. Work shall be performed in accordance with with all Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Centers codes, standards, rules, regulations and other specified requirements. Work shall be completed within 180 calendar days of the date of the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Estimated solicitation date is July 28, 1995.
