Backus (410) 278-2371 (Site Code DAAD05) Furnish all plant, labor, materials, and equipment for all work necessary for the Renovation of the Second Floor in Building 4304, at the Aberdeen Area of Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, in strict accordance with Specifications 07FF-94. Work includes, but is not limited to, remove entirely all interior elements from the second floor; remove existing concrete slabs and walls; installation of stair towers; reinstallation and/or replacement with new elements to basement and first floor due to overlapping second floor work; remove the building components identified to contain lead paint (see Section 02050); architectural work; structural work; new fan coil units, chiller, cabinet unit heaters, piping, ductwork; plumbing work; new lighting; new power transformer; etc. This requirement also has five additives (see Section B). The magnitude of this project including all five additives is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Completion schedule is within 356 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
