This procurement is for flash X-ray equipment is required for the G & I/I Ranges to produce very short duration bursts of radiation. The equipment is as follows: (2 ea) complete 450-kV systems, including a X-ray generator, dual remote tubes and tubeheads, control equipment, and associated cabling for each system, (38 ea) 150-kV Flash X-ray tubes, (19 ea) 150-kV Flash X-ray straight line tubeheads, (19 ea) 150-kV Flash X-ray right angle tubeheads. The 150-kV equipment must be compatible with Hewlett Packard Model 43700 Flash X-ray systems. Delivery shall be made to Arnold AFB TN within 90 days after contract award. The due date given above is an estimated date and should not be considered a firm due date for receipt of bids. Any responsible source may submit a bid that shall be considered.
