Boltz, (717) 861-8798 The USPO for Pennsylvania intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Caswell International Corp. for the purchase of one (1) Armored Moving Target System (AMTS), Model DP62, with controller (model RZ4). USPFO for PA is unaware of any other vendor with the ability to manufacture a product equal to the Caswell Model DP62 with controller. The intent of this synopsis is to determine if any sources exist, and therefor no RFP is available. Any vendor wishing to respond to this synopsis must do so in writing. The response must provide documentation demonstrating their AMTS is equal to or better than the Caswell International Model DP62. In addition, your response should contain current pricing information. Any response failing to provide the aforementioned data but instead choosing merely to submit their routine request for a solicitation will be ignored. Responses must be received within fifteen (15) calendar days from publication of this announcement.
