The subject requirement is for the renewal of the software lease and maintenance update for Msc/Nastran and its related options (Msc/Aries and Msc/Dytran) to provide support for the Aeronautical Systems Center Major Shared Resource Center (Asc/Msrc) for the Engineering and Scientific communities within Wright Laboratory (Wl), Asc, as well as other Dod components.
