(CECOM) Night Vision and Electronics Sensors Directorate (NVESD), CCD
Branch is currently investigating the capacity of industry to portray
a thermal signature for use in vehicle signature reproduction. The
required signature should maintain a temperature difference of 10 to 15
degree Celsius with respect to its surroundings. Power requirements are
currently limited to a 24 Vdc/20 Amp system. (These requirements are
flexible, but are limited to DC voltage currently.) We would be very
interested in receiving any information about your company, its
products, and its capabilities that you may feel is pertinent to the
above topic. This is not a request for any manner of proposal, only
general information is desired. The government shall not incur any cost
