This proposed solicitation will result in a firm fixed price contract for the Sampling, testing and analysis of drinking water and waste water for chemical, bacterial and radiological contamination at Fort Meade, MD. The contract will have a fixed-price, definite quantity portion, and a portion to be awarded by delivery orders as needed. The contract period will be for one year. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 8734, for which the small business size standard is $3.5 million. The solicitation will be released o/a 21 August 1995 with a bid opening date o/a 20 September 1995. This requirement will be a 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
