NOTE: THIS ACQUISITION IS GEOGRAPHICALLY LIMITED TO FIRMS LOCATED WITHIN A 75 MILE RADIUS OF THE VAMC-BUFFALO, NY in accordance with VAAR 805.207(b). This acquisition is SET-ASIDE for emerging small business under SIC Code 8712 - Architectural Services (Other Than Naval). An emerging small business is defined as a business whose size is no greater than 50 percent of the numerical size standard application to the SIC code assigned. The numerical size standard for SIC 8712 is $2.5 million. A firm-fixed price contract is anticipated to be awarded. Award is subject to the availability of funds.
