Wilson, (216)838-6091 A/E service to develop preliminary plans, working drawings, specifications, cost estimate, and construction period services for project ''Telephone Site Prep (B),'' Project No. 96-1260, at the VA Medical Center (Brecksville Unit), 10000 Brecksville Road, Brecksville, Ohio 44141. A/E shall have principal qualifications in design and construction, general building remodeling, including hospital facilities, and experience also in designing commercial/hospital telephone systems, building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical and structural, JCAHO requirements, NEC and Life Safety Code. Services of an industrial hygienist on the A/E team will be required for asbestos survey and development of removal plans, if necessary, as well as monitoring the construction phase. Appropriate data to be submitted on Forms 254 and 255, two copies each. Only 254's and 255's within 100 miles of the Cleveland Metropolitan Area will be accepted. This is not a request for proposal.
