The FBI has an on-going contract with the Eggers Group, New York, New York, for Architectural, Engineering and Planning services for the FBI's New York Office. This contract is to incorporate two floors, 26th FOB side and 27th Annex side of 26 Federal Plaza into FBI newly renovated space, which was designed and engineered by the Eggers Group. The FBI intends to modify this contract to obtain the Eggers Group assistance in relocating several elements of this office into a neighboring facility and assist the FBI in the reprogramming of FBI space in 26 Federal Plaza. The services required are Programming, Schematic design, Design Development Documents, Construction Documents, Construction Administration and Inspection services. See Note 22. (0198)
