The place of performance is geographically restricted to New York Harbor above the Narrows to Throgs Neck (including Kill Van Kull and Arthur Kill). There will be a nonrefundable charge of $100.00 required in the form of a certified check or money order payable to the U.S. Coast Guard for requested drawings. The government's obligation under this solicitation is contingent upon availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contractual purposes can be made.
