Description: Contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, quality control, supervision, other items and services necessary for complete demolition of various buildings located on Malmstrom AFB MT. The work to be accomplished includes, but is not limited to, asbestos abatement, removal and proper disposal of asbestos material, common lead paint removal, disconnection, capping and removal of effected utilities, complete demolition and removal of constructio, site restoration and landscaping. Tentative date for issuance of the solicitation is 9 August 1995. This will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with a basic year and one-1 year option period. Solicitation packages must be requested in writing and will be issued on a first come, first served basis. The proposed contract is open to large and small business with a Standard Industrial Code of 1795. (198)
