consists of the removal of existing plastic roof gutters and rainwater
leaders, the installation of gutter support systems, replacement of
gutters, downspouts, and painting of same. The project also includes
drainage improvement by providing inlets to receive the flow of
downspouts, intercepting underground flows, providing alternate paths
of flow, installation of drain trenches, replacement of existing turf,
landscaping and proving other surface improvements. This procurement
will be conducted under SIC code: 1542. The size standard for this SIC
code is: $17.0 million. NOTE: Standard bid opening time is NOW 1:00

proposed contract is 100 percent set aside for small disadvantaged
business concerns (SDB). Offers from concerns other than SDBs will not
be considered. Estimated cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. Plans
