Stark tel: 210/652-3838 Work to be accomplished includes but is not limited to the following: Provide heat reclaim as required to the refrigeration system/cases; provide local and remote capabilities for the refrigeration monitoring and control system (RMCS) capable of monitoring and controlling all refrigeration/HVAC equipment under design conditions; patch cracks and repair existing sales area flooring and base; replace existing metal halide lighting with fluorescent; replace ceiling tile with new tile on 2X2 grid; provide new graphics/decor package; paint walls and trim in sales and support area; remove existing AHU motors and install high efficent AHU motors in HVAC equipment; replace all automatic entrance/exit doors; replace 5 electrical overhead doors in the receiving area; remove existing and install new gondola shelving; construct 200 SF training room and 140 SF contractor stock room in existing warehouse; replace existing bronze anodized letters to match adjacent signs; provide desiccant system to control humidity in the store; install timer on display cases light; replace walk in coolers light with all weather lamp; remove existing door and close entrance to dairy processing/storage; reconfigure ID desk; remove the walls between sales floor and the room where soft drinks and chips are displayed. This procurement is unrestricted. Magnitude of the construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Time for project completion is approximately 180 calendar days. Bid guarantee is required.
