Work includes construction of a new Visitor Control Facility, demolition of the existing facility, new paving, and modification to the existing paving and landscape development. The range of construction cost for this project is $250,000 to $500,000. The contract performance period for this project is 180 calendar days. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1542. This solicitation is unrestricted. Interested firms should respond as soon as possible. There will be a charge of $38.00 (non-refundable) for a copy of the solicitation package.
