Project is being rescoped to simplify the design. Construct an administrative, training, and operational storage building with a garage for vehicle storage, along with storage for flammable materials and small quantities of hazardous materials/wastes, totaling 17,000 SF in size. The building construction is to be steel frame with concrete floors, brick mansonry walls, elastomeric membrane roofing fire protection, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems, energy efficient lighting, and utilities. Also included are all site work, site utilities, parking lots, area lighting and landscaping. Plans and specs available on or about 18 Aug 95 at no charge per set. No individual sheets are available.
