Pkg A-19, Upgrade Washrack and Remove Underground Storage Tank, Bldg
940, Schofield Barracks, Oahu, Hawaii. The proposed project is a 100
percent set-aside for small disadvantaged business concerns (SDB). The
work involves removing leaking 550 gallon underground storage tank,
oil/water separator, remediate contaminated soil, site assessment,
prepare closure report. Washrack work: Construct sedimentation tank,
install rope oil skimmer and above ground storage tank, install precast
drain trench, construct concrete island aand speed bump, conncect
3-inch waterline, install booster pump, hose bibs, hose, and water
spray guns. The estimated cost of the proposed project is between
$250,000 and $500,000. Solicitation to be issued O/A August 3, 1995.
Documents to be available at $32.00 per set of specifications and
full-size drawings. Checks and money orders to be made payable to the
U.S. Army Engineer Division, Pacific Ocean and mailed to Finance and
Accounting Officer, U.S. Army Engineer Division, Pacific Ocean, Fort
Shafter, HI 96858-5440, or handcarried to Room 115, Bldg 200, Fort
Shafter, HI. Payment will not be refunded and specifications and
