The work involves removing leaking 550 gallon underground storage tank, oil/water separator, remediate contaminated soil, site assessment, prepare closure report. Washrack work: Construct sedimentation tank, install rope oil skimmer and above ground storage tank, install precast drain trench, construct concrete island aand speed bump, conncect 3-inch waterline, install booster pump, hose bibs, hose, and water spray guns. The estimated cost of the proposed project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Solicitation to be issued O/A August 3, 1995.
