The contractor is to provide all material, labor, equipment, supervision, for the construction of a Composite Squad Operations Bldg. Work includes, but is not limited to: Alterations of Bldg's 912 and 936 (approximately 36,300SF) to accommodate all functions of squadron operations, medical training facilities, and new construction of masonry walls, drywall and metal stud walls, concrete walls, flatwork, relocate and extend utilities, provide fire protection, all utilities and support Air Conditioner (20 Tons). Construction of the proposed project is the NY Air National Guard Base, Niagara Falls International Airport, Niagara Falls, NY. The magnitude of the proposed project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. IFB DAHA30-95-B-0015 will be issued on/about 17 August 1995 with a bid opening date 30 days after issuance. The performance time for this project is 600 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
