The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision and equipment and perform all operations necessary to accomplish all work complete in place, including but not limited to, the construction of a preengineered metal building with concrete masonry unit exterior on a reinforced concrete foundation and a built-up roof. Project shall include all mechanical and electrical systems to support the addition and a fire suppression system. The fire suppression system shall be installed in the existing building as well as the addition. Site clearing, site preparation, utilities, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and other incidental work as may be necessary to make the facility operational. There is a non-refundable charge of $34.00 for each solicitation package. Cashier checks or money orders should be made payable to Accounting and Finance. Only written requests will be accepted. The request and check or money order must bear the solicitation number. This is an unrestricted acquisition. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. (0198)
