Bellini, (206) 569-2211 ext 3335, Contracting Officer Mount Rainer National Park requires construction of two dual vault toilet structures at 280 sqft each, roadway, sidewalk and landscaping to include grading a parking lot, picnic and walkway areas (2,000 sqyd) reduction of median for asphalt road, (175 sqyd) relocation of existing boulders (150 each) split cedar rail fencing with rebar, two concrete pads (150 sqft each), double accessible handicap ramp, culvert drainpipe and soil compacting. Government furnished materials are vault toilets, picnic tables, grills, and fencing materials. Project location is remote, Kautz Creek, approx. 1.5 hours commute from Tacoma, WA. This procurement action is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000.
