Replacement of the slate roof, the built-up roof and the two metal porch roofs at the front of this building, including the removal of all flashing (counter, valley, ridge, chimney, reglets and vent pipe flashing), removal of skylights and deteriorating brick chimneys. New work includes providing new slate roof, blocking of the skylights and 4-ply built-up roof, metak terne porch roofs, all copper flashings, rebuilding or pointing of brick chimneys, providing missing flues and new concrete chimney caps, also provide new concrete caps, copper gutters and downspouts.
