Gallo, Telephone: (415)604-5808, e-mail address to Vivienne_Gallo@qmgate.arc.nasa.gov The successful Contractor shall provide the materials, equipment and labor necessary to provide the following: Remove two field- erected Babcock and Wilcox H-Type steam boilers in Building 10, and replace them with one packaged high pressure steam boiler and accessories. Demolition work includes the removal and disposal of boiler refractory brick, foundations, floor slab, platforms, flue stacks, pumps, auxillary equipment electrical wiring, and control system. Abatement of asbestos containing insulation and steel coated lead-containing paint will be required. Con structon includes nw floor slab with utility trenches, below grade hotwell, new boiler, deaerator, water softener, boiler feed pumps, piping, flue stack, electrical power and control system, operator training, system startup, performance and emission tests. THERE WILL BE A NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGE OF $35.00 FOR EACH SET OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS. MAKE CHECK PAYABLE TO: DMJM, INC.
