Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to accomplish repair of dormitory, Building 234. Relocate laundry room and convert first floor lounge.Add Kitchen, replace existing flat roof with sloped standing seam metal roof. Install brick columns, asbestos abatement, remove and install wall finishes, install new wall cabinets and new floor finishes. Replace doors and hardware. Remove existing windows and replace with new windows. Modify and replace stair, remove existing balcony. Roof and atticwork. Landscaping, HVAC, electrical and plumbing work. This project is unrestricted but may be considered for 100 percent set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should, as early as possible but no later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the Contracting Officer evidence of capability to perform and a positive statement of eligibility as a socially and economically disadvantaged business concern.
