Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to accomplish repairs to Base Communications Facility, Building 129. The work includes,but is not limited to exterior renovation work consisting of a new entry, window replacement, and new brick veneer. Interior repairs consisting of new partitions and wall finishes, new flooring, new ceiling, related electrical and mechanical work. This project is unrestricted but may be considered for 100 percent set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should, as early as possible but no later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the Contracting Officer evidence of capability to perform and a positive statement of eligibility as a socially and economically disadvantaged business concern.
