This project includes the removal and replacement of the existing concrete lining in the channel from the north property line to the golf course. The work shall include the gradomg amd excavation for the widening of the existing concrete channel from the north property line to the golf course. Construct a single box culvert addition. The work includes the maintenance of existing utilities and providing access during constrution across the culvert installation. Also included in this work is the final grading preparation, placement and finish work for the replacement shotcrete lining including the transitions into and away from the box culvert, replacement of the chain link fencing utility relocation and landscape repair. This project shall also include the repair of erosion damage at the downstream face of downstream face of two dams as shown on the plans. Erosion repair work shall include the grading of the bank, placement of the rock slope protection repair of the landscaping and all other work. This work includes compliance with all aspects and conditions of the California Department of Fish and Game, Stream Bed Alteration Permit.
