The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials for Project PQWY 92-8000, Repair Dental Clinic, McChord AFB, WA. Work includes the requirement for a 2205 SF addition to existing dental building; demolition and reconfiguration of existing spaces to include X-ray, office, conference, toilet, sub-sterile, and laboratory areas; demolition and resurfacing of ceilings, wainscots and floors; and extensive modifications to accommodate the building expansion and bring the facility up to current standards. The magnitude of construction is between $500,000 to $1,000,000. Contract period is 150 calendar days. This solicitation will be issued on/about 4 Aug 95 with a bid opening date on/about 5 Sep 95. This acquisition may be set aside for exclusive SDB participation. Interested SDB concerns should, as early as possible, but not later than 10 days of this notice, indicate an interest in this acquisition by providing to the contracting officer evidence of capability to perform and a positive statement of eligibility as a Small Disadvantaged Business concern. If adequate interest is not received, the solicitation will be issued under full and open competition procedures without further notice. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. No telephone or facsimile requests for solicitation packages or bidders list will be accepted.
