The work includes ADA modifications, life safety upgrades (fire sprinklers, alarm systems, seismic retrofits), miscellaneous electrical and lighting improvements, window and door and door hardware replacements, asbestos removal and replacement; new flooring and base, interior painting, miscellaneous casework, landscaping, irrigation and misc. restroom renovations.
