This project includes but is not limited to the following: Miscellaneous repairs and painting of a portion of the exterior of Building 269B. Miscellaneoue repairs to a portion of the exterior of Building 209. Miscellaneous repairs and painting of Building 269A. Partial painting of the exterior of Building 263B. Remove and replacement concrete walkways, stairs, railings and loading docks. Removal and modifications to existing electrical lighting, and installation of new electrical lighting. Partial removal and replacement of existing landscape planting and irrigation system. Remove and replace existing pavement, concrete curbing and paint stripping at parking. Lead and asbestos abatement. Construct break area, vicinity Bldg 209. Provide new grading, new drainage features, and import and export fill and topsoil. Provide new handicapped ramps. Provide new landscape planting and irrigation system. Provide new site furnishings. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000.00 and $500,000.00. Requests for solicitation sets shall be in writing to SM-ALC/PKXO, 3237 Peacekeeper Way, Suite 17, McClellan AFB CA 95652-1060. There is a non-refundable charge of $19.00 for each solicitation set.
