The project includes, providing all supervision, labor, materials, transportation and equipment for the exterior lead paint abatement, exterior painting and miscellaneous work on selected garages and meter structures located at the US Naval Academy. The work includes, but is not limited to, removal of all exterior lead paint by the chemical stripping and wet scraping methods; storage of lead containing paint in authorized containers, to be removed by the Contractor and disposed of in accordance with Federal, State and Local Laws; monitoring analysis during lead paint removal work by an accrediated laboratory analysis; removing and replaceing damage and/or rotten wood; feathering, priming and complete painting of all exterior wood surfaces; caulking of all door and window areas. The work also includes washing all exterior window's and incidental related work. The estimated date for availability of this project is 07 August 1995. The estimated cost range for this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. There is a non-refundable charge of $5.80 for this solicitation payable by check or money order to Treasurer of the United States. This project is subject to availability of FY-96 funds. (198)
