Furnish all labor, equipment, materials and services to perform complete demolition of approximately 17 buildings. Work includes disconnection of electrical power, service lines, and telephone lines; hauling and placement of fill material and topsoil to match existing adjacent grades. Grassing and maintenance to include all other incidental items necessary to complete the work. Some buildins have tested positive for lead paint and contractor should take all necessary precautions as required. Work is located at Schofield Barracks, Helemano Military Reservation, and Fort Shafter, Island of Oahu, Hawaii. Completion time is 360 calendar days. This procurement is unrestricted. SIC 1795, Wrecking and Demolition Work. Estimated cost of the proposed construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. Issue date is on or about 4 August 1995. Telephone requests will not be honored.
