The work includes but is not limited to the demolition and removal of existing walls, ceilings, access floors, and electrical, HVAC and fire protection systems. New partition walls and flooring shall be constructed with new finishes, doors, and ceilings. Existing electrical and HVAC systems shall be modified for new space layout and balanced. The anticipated date for availability of plans and specifications is August 1995. The estimated date for bid opening is September 1995. The time for completion is 120 days and the estimated cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. This project is advertised on an unrestricted basis.
