EVONICK, (360)476-7265 700 HP Fire tube boiler, 1 each, conforming to specifications contained in Section C of the solicitation. Applicable Military Specifications include MIL-B-17452E, MIL-G-17787A, MIL-M-18221B(YD), and MIL-B-18796F. Boiler shall be fired with natural gas and No. 2 fuel oil fuels. Boiler shall have output of at least 24,150 pounds of steam (at 1000 BTU/pound) per hour. Contractor shall provide factory authorized representative and all necessary wquipment to perform start-up, calibration and testing of equipment. Contractor shall be responsible for cleaning and all field testing/inspection following government installation. Warranty shall include all parts for a period of up to 12 months of storage prior to installation and 12 months of operation after start-up acceptance by Government. Operator and maintenancetraining for (6) six government employees for two (2), eight (8) hour days shall be included. Factory trained and authorized service personnel shall be available twenty four (24) hours a day, 365 days a year and be located within a 2 1/2 hour commute with local availability of factory supplied parts. This procurement will be conducted under full and open competition. the resulting contract shall be a firm-fixed-price supply contract. Desired deliery is 30 days after award.
