Lockheed Martin Space Operations (LMSO), a NASA Prime Contractor at Kennedy Space Center, FL (KSC), seeks sources capable of providing synchronized time code generators with a proprietary output interface. The manufacturer must have a product line consisting of time code generators and time code translators. The products must have optional synchronization for IRIG-A through IRIG-H time codes. The products must have optional generation for IRIG-A through IRIG-H, NASA 28, NASA 36, and 1892 time codes. The products must meet workmanship, quality, and service standards defined in the specifications document. The manufacturer must deliver 60 functional units no later than 090195. The unit must be rack mountable with dimensions not to exceed 1.75'' height, 17'' wide, and 22'' depth. The unit must automatically generate IRIG-B upon loss of IRIG-B at unit input. Front panel display must include current days, hours, minutes, and seconds. Front panel controls must operate major unit functions. The manufacturer must be capable of designing and manufacturing a custom output interface meeting proprietary parallel NASA interface requirements. The requirements are described in a specifications document. The custom interface must control all unit functions. Day of Year, hours, minutes, seconds in ASCII must be provided via the custom interface. Milliseconds, milliseconds time of day, and seconds time of day, must also be provided in binary via the custom interface.
