Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio has a requirement to purchase Folio Distribution License including upgrades including: 20,000 runtime licenses to support the Air Force Acquisition Model (AFAM), Air Force Medical Acquisition Model (AFMAM), PEO (CU) Air Force Information Database (PAID), and NAVAIR. These information models each contain an infobase that is written in Folio Views. In order to distribute the final product with a runtime version of Folio Views legally, a distribution license is needed for each copy distributed. We intend to negotiate with Info Solutions, Edgewood, KY a distributer for Folio Views, Inc. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern.
