The anticipated start date of the training and other required services is August 21, 1995. This request is for written quotations and the anticipated award date is August 14, 1995. No solicitation documents are available and requests for such will be considered non-responsive. Responses must be in writing, must be received within 15 calendar days of publication of this notice, and must include pricing and documentation in sufficient detail to allow for the evaluation of service. All responses from responsible sources will be considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the contracting officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued.
