The Securities and Exchange Commission intends to award a sole source contract to Morningstar Mutual Funds of Chicago, Illinois for a full text electronic database of current bond, equities and money market fund prospectuses and annual reports. The database must provide an electronic search and analytic capability to search, identify and retrieve data elements such as a funds's family name, name of advisor, the market ticker symbol, the funds's load, if the fund is a no-load fund, and investment objective. The service must be compatible with current Commission automatic data processing standards and operated on personal computer equipment owned by the Commission.
